Carmelo Gambacorta

Carmelo/Mr Gambacorta has over thirty years of experience in the notary profession, dating back to 12^th June 1986.

After three years of activity in Sanremo (IM), he moved to Valtiberina, in the current office in Sansepolcro.

Since 1998, he has conducted the function of Delegate of the Court of Arezzo for real estate enforcement.

He is a Member of the Notarial Council in Arezzo since 2009, and has been appointed as Referent for the Communication Issues of the District, Delegate for the Inspections of the Deeds and Registries of the Notaries of the District and for the Inspections of the Statutory Escrow Accounts of the Notaries of the District.

Andrea Gambacorta

After passing the Public Examination announced by Ministry of Justice Decree of 26^th September 2014, he was appointed Notary on 1^st August 2017. Previously, he worked as legal advisor for the Eurosystem Market Infrastructure Division of Banca d’Italia, starting from January 2014. Such an appointment allowed him to experience an international environment, given that the Division provides the entire Eurosystem with settlement services in central bank money.

Since 2021, he has conducted the function of Delegate of the Court of Arezzo for real estate enforcement.

He is the author of a few publications about Succession and Company Law for manuals and specialised magazines, namely:
