Dear Clients,
we hereby inform you that we received several warnings, both from Italy and foreign Countries, of fraud attempts carried out by unknown subjects who pretend to be staff members and even the Notaries of our Studio, proposing loans or requesting bank details for the credit of supposed inheritances, obviously non-existing.
It seems that such subjects make use of logos and e-mail addresses apparently attributable to the Studio, in a completely unauthorized and fraudulent way. Some attempts are even carried out by whatsapp.
The Studio had already reported such events to the competent authorities, but unfortunately the authors are not easy to prosecute, acting from third extraeuropean Countries. Therefore, we strongly recommend to the users not to take into consideration such communications, which DO NOT come from the Studio and to ignore such attempts, often approximate, of fraud.
The Studio DOES NOT grant loans, nor we make such kind of communications by e-mails.
